SimpleSwap Loyalty Program: Fee Discounts and Enhanced Benefits

At SimpleSwap, we’re excited to offer even more perks to our most loyal users. Alongside our USDT cashback rewards, the Loyalty Program now includes discounts on service fees, making each transaction more cost-effective the higher your user level.

In this guide on the SimpleSwap's Loyalty Program, we'll show you how your exchanges can unlock rewards at four levels, earning you USDT cashback (on eligible levels) and lower fees along the way.

How to Use the SimpleSwap Loyalty Program

Create a Customer Account or log in with Google.

Once you do, you will automatically become a participant of our Loyalty Program and receive the first level.

Loyalty Program Levels

There are 4 levels. To unlock them, reach the appropriate exchange volume over any 90-day period.

When you create an exchange, you have 90 days for that trade to count towards your Loyalty Program level. On the 91st day, that initial trade doesn't count anymore, and the period moves forward to include your newer exchanges.

For example, you signed up with SimpleSwap and made an exchange of 4,000 USDT. You automatically received a 5% discount on the service fee. Two months later, you make another exchange for 4,000 USDT, bringing your total to 8,000 USDT within a rolling 90-day window.

Another 2 months pass, your first exchange falls outside the window, but the second one still counts. You then make a third exchange of 7,000 USDT, bringing your total 90-day volume to 11,000 USDT. This qualifies you for Silver level, which requires 10,000 USDT in trading volume. Now, you’ll get a 10% fee discount on all new exchanges. Cashback begins at Gold level.

How Fee Discounts Work

SimpleSwap applies a small percentage-based service fee to each exchange. With the Loyalty Program, your fee is automatically reduced based on your current loyalty level. The higher your level and the larger your exchange amount, the greater your savings.

Examples if a regular fee were 1.00%:

• Bronze (5% discount): fee becomes 0.95%

• Silver (10% discount): fee becomes 0.9%

• Gold (15% discount): fee becomes 0.85%

• Platinum (20% discount): fee becomes 0.8%

This means you get more crypto for your money, on top of any cashback rewards available at your level.

USDT Cashback (Recap)

Cashback is now available starting from Gold level:

• Bronze: No cashback

• Silver: No cashback

• Gold: 0.1% cashback

• Platinum: 0.4% cashback

The minimum withdrawal amount is 250 USDT across all levels.

Once you reach a new level (beyond Bronze), you’ll keep it permanently, even if your trading volume later drops below the threshold.
